Rotating your foods is always a better option than just eating the same foods every day. Because eggs are a common food that people develop an intolerance too, it&#039;s best not to eat them too frequently. The research is inconclusive as far as the connection between eggs and cholesterol so I would just go by how you are feeling since everyone is different.

When planning snacks, try to eat something that has some protein and try not to eat fruit alone.
